For example, the NXS 3.5-15 x 50 F1 features the NightForce proprietary ZeroStop technology. The reticle of this unit is located in the first local plane which means that the size remains in the same ratio to the target across the entire magnification range. The model is shipped with a set of NightForce UltraLight titanium rings. Another interesting model from their lineup is the 12-42 x 56 Precision Benchrest that comes with 56mm multi-coated lenses and target turrets that are calibrated in true .125 MOA (1/8 click) value and can be re-indexed to zero after sighting in. The eyepiece of the model permits fast reticle focusing and the glass-etched illuminated reticle ensures optimum image/reticle contrast under virtually any lightning conditions.
